I had an appointment at 9:30 AM. The girls at the front desk was just Awesome. Very efficientan And waiting on some one else when I enter but still took the time to acknowledge me. Within a few seconds was waiting on me. I felt I was not just another customer. They differently have been train very well. I have work in service for a Ford dealership for many years and took many classes dealing with the public and these girls need to be recognized. If you have a difficult skin condition, this is not the place for you. After a biopsy with them, I was told that I had clogged pores that were creating tiny bumps all over my face and Accutane was mentioned in the first conversation since I had already tried Trentinoin, a steroid cream, and IPL lazer treatment. Instead of Accutane I was prescribed a cream for Rosacea (which I don't have), a $1,000 Skin Pen regimine, Doxycyclene, and a sulfur wash. After all that I had already tried, this regimine seemed odd since I had already tried topical treatments. Tried the treatment for months with SURPRISE! absolutely no improvements. Did the first two Skin Pen treatments and the needle did even budge. Also, each time I did the SkinPen I was there for two hours or longer as I was left with numbing cream on my face for over an hour each time. I even rearranged my work day so that I could come in early in hopes of not being there so long the second time. The walls of the facility do not reach the ceiling so you can hear every conversation and painful outburst across the treatment rooms. I was just told that they don't do refunds when I asked to forego my last Skin Pen treatment. Early this week I was told that they could do refunds by another staff member. I did not feel valued or listened to here.
