A+ Experience! We went to all 3 jewelry outlets located in the Legends. I felt like Goldilocks and the 3 jewelry stores. Helzberg was too pushy and selection was sparse. Zales was good but quality was low. Kay had the best selection, quality and the sales team was AWESOME. Kristy and Tommy were friendly, helpful and patient. They eliminated my stress and made the entire experience fun and exciting. The excellent customer service has continued after the purchase. Kristy has been been sending me emails to keeping me updated on the status of my order, including pictures. This level of service has really kept my mind at ease. Many thanks to Kristy and Tommy!

I went in to purchase my fiance's wedding ring and had the customer service experience that matters! Karen took the time to listen to my issue and then went the extra miles to resolve it. I ended up finding the perfect ring for my future husband and Karen ended up making the whole process easier and more enjoyable than I could have ever dreamed of.
