I absolutely love this building. It is like living in a resort 365 days a year. I really appreciate the hard work and dedication the staff puts into keeping it immaculate and comfortable. Being a resident of Olympus is something to be proud of. The amenities are beautiful along with the events that are put together monthly, but nothing would be possible without the staff. Although there are over 20 floors of residents, our community is tight knit and very friendly. From Katie, who helps with leasing and any issues I may have to Denis and other security and concierge who greet me every day with kindness, I can’t say I have anything to complain about. Overall, Olympus is a great place to live!

My mom lived here for about a year to be closer to me when she was diagnosed with cancer. We met with Michael who is the most professional and caring leasing agent I have ever met and I've rented all my life! He is honest and helpful and just a pleasure to know! He and Erica, the Asst. Manager were so helpful anytime we needed assistance with my mom who was undergoing chemo treatments while living there. I also appreciated the maintainece staff. They handled all issues promptly and were very careful to work quickly at times when my mom was resting. The building and pool are beautiful and the staff made it a pleasure to be there. Thank you all for your kindness during my mom's stay. It will never be forgotten! <3

Ever since this property was purchased from Related the quality of customer service has been none existent. The Property manager and assistant just quit in mass. This is a high rise building and if more than 1 elevator is working it is a miracle. The residents even joke about it in the elevator. The entrance area is quite often jammed with delivery cars so residents can't get to the back parking lot. The evening guards do the best they can but are overwhelmed. If there are problems in the units the engineering staff usually responds quickly, looks interested in the problem, and then disappears for long stretches. The common areas are getting worn with dog marks and burnt out lights. This is one of the most expensive apartment buildings in Tampa and yet it is being treated like an afterthought. I would strongly recommend avoiding.

Yes, our apartments are pet-friendly. We have a maximum of 2 pets per home, up to 80 pounds total. We have a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $500/pet and a monthly pet rent of $20/pet.
We have a stunning pool and spa with a Loggia lounging area, a sundeck, poolside cabanas, day beds, outdoor grills, and outdoor dining tables!
