Great customer service who is not afraid to tell you they don't have the answer to every question BUT they find the right person who does. Fair prices and great selection of tools and accessories. They'd get 5 stars but they have too many items on display that I would love to add to MY home but are just out of my price range. But their selection of a product starts with the most basic and cost effective while still having it in midrange to cutting edge, top of the line stuff.
