This place has treated me great! Let me just say that this place is amazing! The area is so convenient, you don’t have to drive far to find anything which is always a good thing and the front desk is awesome! They were so sweet and it’s refreshing to go somewhere and know that you can trust the people that your around! The ladies made sure that I was well taken care of and it didn’t feel rushed! Sometimes people will try to take your money and not take the time to actually get to know you and they have proven the complete opposite. Whenever I have an issue I can call them and they are always there no matter what and for that, I definitely feel really safe! I’m happy I have a place to call home! Thank you so much again! My husband went to apply for an apartment with a voucher which was denied. The administration fee was never given back to him. Everyone in the office has lack of communication, one says something the other one says something else. He went to corporate office no one is there. No answer and the security guard said it has happened to many people, money never gets returned. Really unprofessional. They should investigate this place and stop taking peoples money.

Lived here for about a year. They have standard apartments, great landscaping and they just put new asphalt on the parking lot. The location is perfect for me when I travel for work. Airport is just 10 mins away. Downtown is super close to this property. Stop by to see what they have to offer. You won't regret living here.

I applied for a apartment in February of 2022. From the very beginning I was promised phone calls and emails that never arrived. When I tried calling, usually the phone wasn't answered. Weeks went by before I was actually able to get someone on the phone. They told me they hadn't started my application yet. At that point I decided to withdraw my app, and the person I spoke to told me that they would refund the admin fee but not the application fee. That's fine. I waited weeks, but still no refund. Everytime I call, I have to reexplain what's happening to the same lady as if I haven't talked to her 10 times before. The most recent call, she said the check would be sent to me from the corporate office in Massachusetts. It seems like she's lying just to get me off the phone. It's now April and I still haven't seen a refund check.
