Coming from a former resident, I have absolutely nothing good to say about this complex. The office staff is incompetent, maintenance failed to fix any of the major issues we had in our unit, it is not in a safe area, and they charged a ridiculous amount for “damages” and did not work with us on anything. Let me explain: The office staff can’t answer any questions you ask them and are constantly annoyed whenever you call or show up to the office. Maintenance failed to fix our A/C unit after it broke multiple times and blamed the heat on our TV. They also came to fix a leak 6 times in the bathtub because they couldn’t get it right the first time. The complex itself charged $660 for a carpet replacement even though they forced me to have the carpet cleaned prior to move out, $115 for a plastic piece in the fridge, $30 for blinds that were missing when we moved in, and $300 for paint when we didn’t paint to begin with and left the unit exactly as we found it. If you’re looking for a decent place to live, try to not pick this complex as the residents don’t mean anything to the landlord or owner, even though we are the sole source of income for them. If I could leave no stars I would.

After speaking with one of the leasing agents (Hannah) on 1/3/2022 the interaction was very passive aggressive "Karen like", UNPROFESSIONAL and impatient while I asked simple questions as a prospective interested tenant. I reported this incident to Javier the property manager and he seemed very nonchalant (UNPROFESSIONAL) about the lack of customer service that particular leasing agent provided. It is very important for leasing agents to do their due diligence knowing all details of available apartments on the market (inform about amenities, and what floor level the apartment is on). It is disheartening I had this interaction with Hannah and can only imagine how the customer service is to current tenants that live there. Prospective and current tenants please chose wisely and take your hard earned money/business elsewhere where it will be valued respectfully.

This place is... extremely okay. When we first moved in, many things weren't working as they should: the storage door and front door didn't fit into their doorframes properly, the outlets were falling out of the walls, one of the blinds was broken, one of the bathroom fans broke and fell, etc. But the maintenance people were great and fixed them all. A few times they forgot to come over though. Honestly I would have renewed my lease if they let us keep the same internet plan. It's not THAT bad, but it's not luxurious. Pros: -great location (lots of food options, grocery stores, recreational activities nearby) -pretty inexpensive -has a small fitness center -pool -tennis court (it's not maintained well though) -washer & dryer in unit as well as laundry center -the maintenance people are good -has carpeted floors Cons: -no recycling (maybe you could go to Publix or the recycling area in Ybor) -there are feral cats around, so occasionally it smells like poop -the internet is provided by Spectrum -They required everyone to change to a specific internet plan that is more expensive than the one I have now. Because I didn't want to change it, they did not allow us to renew our lease -Bugs often get inside, sometimes even worms. At least spiders also get in and eat the bugs. -Because of the setup of the apartment complex, mosquitoes gather right where the front door is, so simply opening the door will let them in.

I lived here for about 2 years. Off the bat, I had multiple maintenance requests for things that should’ve been taken care of before I took possession: carpet had spots, shower head kept flying off of the wall, the stove caught on fire when I turned it on, roaches. I was told that my appliances would all match and I had three different colors like they just threw whatever in there. My downstairs neighbors changed 4 different times. One of them sat at home with his boys and smoked pot all day, so my apartment smelled like pot when we got home in the evenings. One of the other ones had about 8 people living in a 800 sq ft 2/1 and they were always noisy. Every time it rained, the parking lot would be under a few inches of water. The units are in desperate need for a makeover. They try to keep the grounds clean and maintained for the most part. The Dog Park was closed sometimes weeks at a time. Rosary and Shaniece were super nice and always tried to be accommodating.
