HORRIBLE!! The in-office management here are very rude and does not care about the residents. FYI, They have changed property management companies 3 times in 4 years. If you are receiving "government assistance checks" for your rent, FORGET ABOUT IT, She chooses and picks which type of checks can be used like she owns the property. They don't go by business hours posted, they take days off whenever they feel and change the hours they open whenever they feel. They don't reach out to residents about things as they should via email or note, They just tape a paper on the office door and expect people to see it. A LOT OF BURGLARY ON PROPERTY TAKES PLACE. SECURITY GATES AND CAMERAS DONT WORK. THE SECURITY OFFICER SLEEPS THROUGH HIS SHIFT. Every building has plumbing issue at least once a month, resulting in water shut down for entire building. Buildings are old and catch fire, fires have been on the news. The walls and ceiling are tissue paper thin and you can hear almost everything in your neighbors place. Maintenance takes days and sometimes months to fix even the most simplest work orders. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

I live in Parc Place Villas. A small, older property in Tampa. I recently was without hot water for 3 weeks (month of December), because of a gas leak in my water heater… today I opened up a gas bill 7x my regular amount and the corporate is not only refusing to make it right, they’re blaming TECO. Will be involving my family lawyer and the BBB.. terrible way to treat residents. And 100% illegal

Definitely moving next year been here since 2016 lived in two different apts never had any problems till when they where bought out again. These people are rude and don’t care about anybody. I have a 9 month old it took them 3 days to fix my ac on top of that the plumbing in the apt sucks the new management don’t care about maintenance orders it took them a whole month to fix a leaky roof in my bathroom I was so disgusted because I didn’t know what was leaking from upstairs.

I recently moved to this apartment and it has been the easiest process. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive, whenever I go to the office you can tell they are ready to help. The apartment itself is roomy, there's lots of things to do nearby and kept clean. So far this has been my easiest moving and adjusting process.

These apartments were called Garden Isles at one point. They were sold to BlueRock who then changed the name to The Park at Ravenna. The apartments were sold again in March 2019 to Coastline Management Group who has changed the name to Parc Place Villas.
There is some news that they are contemplating accepting section 8.
