This apartment is getting better each day. It used to be Boardwalk Path and now the new management took over and it is called the Reserve. In terms of rent, this is the least expensive place in Tampa. If you are looking for a place to live within a reasonable cost, this is the right place for you. $1700.00 for a four bedroom apartment is not easy to find. If four of you live in one these apartments, each of you pay less than $500/month. Each room has its own bathroom. So, you do not have to share bathroom with anyone. The new management keeps the are neat and clean. The maintenance crew is very knowledgeable and they respond immediately. The living room has a huge glass window and the view is specular! Sitting on the corner of Morris bridge and Fowler, the Reserve's location is excellent. Within a minute, you can get into I-75. Or for local places, just get into Fowler or stick to Morris bridge. Friendly and supportive management, the location, and safety and security make the Reserve one of the fantastic places to live.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Horrible property management, dirty environment, disgusting apartments that are old and falling apart. Maintenance won’t even replace anything just do bad patch jobs. Had to throw out an entire refrigerator worth of food 5 times before they replaced it. Refused to give back security deposit and no compensation for anything. Truly awful place.

This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in, in my life. I absolutely would not recommend anyone moving here. It took them over a year to fix problems with the apartment, and they were only fixed once my lease was coming to an end. They blocked my cellphone number & would not allow me to make final payment online, just to have me overpay on the phone, once I called them from a phone App. They do not answer the phone for residents, have been giving me the run around the whole duration of my time there (2 years). If you do happen to move there, KEEP A RECORD OF EVERYTHING! They lie about everything & no one ever knows what’s going on. They underwent new management & have not gotten any better. I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU PAY EXTRA FOR AN APARTMENT ELSEWHERE!

I’ve been living here for 3 years and I can say I would for sure recommend Morris Bridge to friends and family. I moved here from Miami for a job and everything happen so quick and I needed someplace quick and fast and they made it quick and easy. It’s cost efficient and I was still able to afford my rent during Covid-19. I didn’t like that I had roommates but hey for low price for rent and it came fully furnished I’ll deal with a roommate or 2. And not to mention the Office staff and Maintenance super nice
