Ordered team apparel in November 2021. Only 1 out of the 3 items was received before Christmas. As of this review I have still not received the parka I ordered. I definitely do not recommend ordering from here.

I ordered shirts from a school fundraiser for my boys and paid for shipping. On June 1 we received an email saying that the order was ready for pick up and if you paid for shipping they would be sent out. One June 29th I emailed asking where my order was and received a very snide reply that “as the previous email said the order is ready to be picked up”. So I call and was told, “oh you paid for shipping but no one actually shipped it. Do you want us to ship it?” NO apology for one of their staff not doing their job, no apology for the snide email, NO compensation for my order being 3 weeks late, nothing. Will NOT recommend doing business with them ever!!

We have a screen-print minimum of 12 pieces for a 1-color print. We don't have a minimum quantity for embroidery. You can stop in and chat with one of our customer service reps if you'd like. Unfortunately we don't accept provided goods to sew on. If you purchase the shirts from us the production time is approximately 2 weeks.
