I’ve been a loyal customer for 15 yrs . I took my BMW 5 series to get it fixed because their was no cold air blowing from my air conditioner. I drove it there twice . First time they said there was too much freon in it . It did not work . Next time they charged me $ 1400 and put a new blower in it . Labor charges $. 550 . It still does not blow any cold air . I was ripped off ! WARNING- Do not take your car there for service. It’s a money making scam !

Taylor has rescheduled servicing my car multiple times, you have to call them to see if they are still coming, and will not return phone calls. They did not reset my oil chance mileage last time and said they would look at a issues with my mirror and reset it at that time. Well that was 10,000 miles ago and it needs another oil change guess what? Yep rescheduled.

Sometimes. Often for smaller repairs or older models they'll only offer a "courtesy ride". i.e. they'll give you a lift home, but won't come get you. Other times they'll be "out of rentals at the moment". Again, this is typically for older models.
