Dr. Kitchen seemed very nice when our son went to her. We didn’t stay at this practice as they force vaccines and don’t accept patience that do not choose to vaccinate.

We have just moved back the area and have been trying to get in with this practice for over 3 weeks. All medical records were sent on August 11 and over a week later I’m still not able to make an appointment for my daughter. When I initially walked in (over 3 weeks ago) I spoke with two women at the front desk and told them I needed a new EpiPen script for my daughter and forms for the school signed off on. They told me once the records were received they would call to set up an appointment. No one ever called so I called them. I’ve now been told it will be another 24 hours before a nurse even calls me to talk about being able to make an appointment and that appointment won’t be until October. This script can’t wait. If you do not have the time and resources to accept new patients just say that. You’re full. That’s fine. Why waste peoples time? Especially when you understand that the child is in need of potentially life saving rescue meds? Now we have to find another practice and still do not have an EpiPen script. So frustrating.

Dr.Kitchens are her office staff are AMAZING! We have been going to her for 3.5 years now and she has always been great at listening to our concerns, and explaining what's going on. Her office is great at offering same day appointments if needed and we are always seen pretty quickly. I believe there was only one time where we had to wait over 30 minutes before going back to a room. My only "complaint" is that they are a pediatric office and when we went to the Evans location we noticed they do not have toddler potty seats or step stools which was an issue with my newly potty trained daughter. If anyone from the office is reading this, they make toilet seats with a built in toddler seat and you can get them at Home Depot 😉 I think it's worth looking into. Other than that, you guys are awesome!

Dr Chappell is not friendly to questions whatsoever. If you question anything or raise concerns, you're ignored. Both in person and in emails. He's also the only person we've ever met that's unable to hear my child's wheezing (including other doctors in the same practice who recommended breathing treatments). Conflicting information from one appointment to the next. I highly recommend a different doctor from this practice or a different practice all together.

Shamara - If you are an established patient making a sick or recheck appointment, you can make an appointment via our patient portal. Access to the portal can be found on our website. If you are a new patient we ask that you call so we can find the right pediatrician or specialist to suit your needs. Established patients making a well check visit or appointment for a physical are also asked to call directly.
Not sure but if you call they will let you know. They are really nice.
Only during offic hours
If you are self-pay, it costs about $15-20 more than regular sick visits... but it still cost less than the walk-in urgent care visits at other facilities.
