Made an appointment for tour on their website and got a text back confirming. Woke up early, rearranged my schedule and go all the way down there to hear "oh that was just an automated system. Were not giving tours because we have nothing available" HUGE WASTE OF TIME. I wouldnt rent here after that anyway. These people SUCK

I just don't understand this place I went the office and show them that my daughter sleep with a machine. They pretend to understand you but my ac has not been working for a minute and I call several times for maintenance to come and yet nothing changes. My daughter is crying of a headache because it so hot but the moment you don't pay your rent with get evicted. But I pay my rent so can someone please explain why my children have to pay the price, I just don't understand but I will say this something happened to my daughter they will not be happy because my lawyer will be the handle that matter. 😡😡😡😡

I have lived here over 5 years. The rent has gone up in that time from 730ish to over 1000+ in the last 3 years alone. Maintenance work orders are never done in a timely mannor. I've waited months for them to fix my bathroom issues and now my stove doesnt work and they refuse to come fix it so I can't cook to feed my children and cannot afford to eat out at all. They always have excuses as to why they cannot come do repairs but then I always see their cart just sitting at the front office. The manager is always rude and disrespectful to the residents. I'm literally spending over half my monthy income and they wont even fix anything. This place is ghetto and the grounds are disgusting. The kids in the area vandalize the cars and the dumpster is always overflowing which attracts rodents and bugs plus makes the nearby buildings and apartments smell like garbage. Dont move here if you can help it.
