Lived here and moved out on good terms, still got screwed by the owner Bill, put $12,000 on credit even though we paid out of pocket to have new carpet put in and took care of our unit while we did live there. After we moved out had a new tenant in the very next month and still charged us a years worth of rent. Only a terrible person would put that on someone’s credit knowing it wasn’t right.

Awesome place to live. Best complex I've ever lived at in my life. Management could not do a better job. Love it. Thank you for making my life easier. Not having to worry about where I live.

I have been living here for five years. I love this complex, specially now that the new management are making a lot improvements. The Manager Jerry is very kind and diligent person, he got a lot of patience and he always got a sweet smile on his face for his tenants. I need some things to fix, but he is dealing with us that to make my place more comfortable. The maintenance crew are friendly and hard workers. Thank you guys, me and my husband love your community. We will anything to try and help the community.

They deserve no star's!!! Very old and out dated. Pot holes deep as a miniature pool. Lady in rent office very unethical. Attitude too nasty, but I fits her due to the fact the complex is filthy. She denied taking sec.8 vouchers when they do. But no stretch when I saw the inside...these need to be torn down n rebuilt. You no longer have to wonder why you see no pictures of the property!!!!!
