I didn’t even move into this apartment. I scheduled a tour for today at 3:30 and I left at 3:40. I was so disappointed with the reviews but I wanted to give it a chance and a toured a 2 bed room and it was disgusting! dead insects everywhere and the model apartment is supposed to be the best of the best to win you over IMAGINE what the apartment really is like. I would rate this a 0 if I could. be careful on what you choose to be your home.

I've lived here for 3 years now and while I was happy enough with their previous management, it's hard to overstate how great their current team is at the main leasing office. Traci, Genesis, and Tiffany are all communicative, cordial, and above all, a genuine pleasure to work with. There are a lot of apartment complexes vying for your money in Tampa nowadays, but none of them can hold a candle to Courtney Cove.

When we first moved in here (2019) it was perfect, everything. This is our 2nd year, pool hasn’t been open since the middle of last summer. Laundry unit half of the machines don’t work. I live in a one bedroom it is not worth over 1100 especially not 1300.
