Do not rent here, the office is very friendly at first but only for you to sign the contract and take your money. They don't even take the time to assist the residents of this place. There is no security, your car can be stolen, the maintenance guys don't do the job well, they take a long time to fix something, there are a lot of drugs, and people who use and sell marijuana. The office and maintenance people know it well. And they do nothing about it ... not even call the police ... My advice is to look for another better place ... that your security and services are offered for what you pay ... The prices are almost 900 of a only room up to 1000 + .. and for everything it is an additional fee of your rent.
