I have been living at Williams Landing Apartment for nearly six years and I have never had a problem with the office staff or maintenance staff.Maintenance has never entered my apartment wit out me knowing about it ,because the office staff always send out letters before hand to let us know when they are entering our apartments.I've just never had that problem.Maybe the people that's complaining has something to hide,I don't know.The property manager,as well as her assistance are awesome, they are very concern about your well being,very professional,they're very kind and caring,I just love them.As for maintenance they are on it,there has not ever been a time that I've had an issue in my apartment that don't answer to my call,they know exactly what they're doing.To have two maintenance guys to take care of this senior property they are the best.Again no one will ever enter your apartment without you being notified.Williams Landing is a great place to live.

This is a 55 and up community! No security, smokers smoke wherever they want and the rent goes up but nothing is done to the inside of the apartments. Remove active tenants from the gate access, causing tenants to have to park by the office and walk around or wait for someone to enter and piggyback in behind them. It is after hours when this is found out on a holiday weekend, having to get another tenant to get your card reprogrammed for you, because you work during office hours and the office is not open on Saturdays. Maintenance comes to repair something in your apartment and while there snoops around or come in when there is no emergency or reason to be in there, causing tenants to get a camera installed.
