My boyfriend and I are thinking of moving to the area, so we decided to take a tour. The staff were readily available to answer any questions and super friendly! The apartments are very spacious and very affordable! I could see this potentially being our new home in the future :-)

the communication is null and void here phones are never answered. you can literally be in the office and watch them not answer the phones. Maintenance barely speaks english and don't fix anything they will mark something complete and never enter the unit. They rather put a "band aid" on it then actually fix the problem. The office staff and managing company could care less how the upkeep and the residents since they don't have to live there its all about a check for them. The property manager is never in the office. As much money this property receives from the govt for the section 8 residents the property should be in a better condition. This property is in so many code enforcement violations its ridiculous. The rates has increased dramatically while there's tarps literally hanging on sides of building for months and ceilings caved in on units. Broken gates, gutters need to be cleaned and routed correctly causing sidewalks and stairs to flood, Windows are old need to be replaced they don't provide screens so you cant open your windows. Buildings full of mold and algae on the outside walls cause they need to be pressure washed with bleach. Pools not maintained and closed for years. Dumpsters disgusting, trees need to be trimmed. Don't waste your time or money by coming here. Oh and the majority of the reviews you see on google are a lie cause they are written from fake accounts that the staff makes and they also ask some of the residents that they are friendly to do the same for them.

My husband has been in communication with the leasing team at Riverside Palms in preparations for our big move to Tampa, FL. Abby, Naomi and Bianca have been readily available to answer all our questions. My husband was fortunate enough to tour the property with Abby during his recent visit to Tampa and I must say that I was very impressed with how helpful she has been every step of the way. We were concerned about affordability since renting in Tampa seems to be expensive but we were pleasantly surprised at the quality and affordability of the Riverside Palms Apartments. Its difficult enough to leave everything familiar and relocate to a new city but the staff at Riverside Palms has made this experience much more tolerable and we can't wait to start our new chapter in our new apartment. Thank you so much Abby, Bianca and Naomi. You've been amazing!!

Noemi was amazing! I had such a difficult time getting the apartment due to my last residents not wanting to help with the verification for my new apartment. Noemi went through a lot of trouble to help get me verified by trying to see what we can do to get other documents to help me get approved for the apartment. With her hard work and persistence I was able to get approved within the next 24 hours, her and also the other office staff was a pleasure to work with and I am excited to move in on the 15th of April..
