HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! Very unprofessional, no compassion, does not respond or ignores your requests and concerns and absolutely a mess internally from what I see. Miscommunication between all the staff there. The apartments are decent on the outside but my building is infested with mold and they have came to patch it up several times. This last time I notified them and a week later they decided to come and it still is not fixed.. meanwhile I spoke to other neighbors in my building & every person in my building has also stated to me they have had mold issues and nothing much has come about. The maintenance staff are very nice and helpful upon your requests but "New" management just absolutely garbage!! They had a vendor come in to my apartment for the mold remediation and they left my door unlocked and since my mold issue I do not stay there so it was the next day when I went to get somethings that I discovered it was left unlocked and I let them know about it and still have yet to even get a response let alone an apology. I lived here a few years and can say honestly I do not recommend this complex because of the way they operate!!!!

Super quiet place to live. In terms of staff, Carlos is the coolest guy. He is super helpful and friendly every time I have called in or walked into the office. Great to have someone like him at this complex.

Carlos is one of the best sales representatives I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He showed us several of the Vinings' available units and made clear the differences of each one. He gave us pricing on the ones we were interested in and was more than willing to let us consider other opportunities without preasuring us into any decisions. It was a delight!

I’m going to leave what I feel is a very fair review after experiencing both Management companies. The ladies in the front do a great job! They are responsive and helpful and are very understanding. Overall great office staff. Now, let’s discuss the other aspects. Trash is everywhere by the compactor, we have trash cans that don’t get utilized because our valet trash person is too lazy to take the trash bags out or the can so we are forced to put the bags on the floor outside our doors. We are being charged a lot for valet trash and there is a two bag maximum. They don’t take all trash as well. Each week the water is shut off throughout the day for several hours due to water emergencies and this month my water sewer and trash bill is $250. My bill went from $75 to $250 in 6 months. This is insane! The usage remains the same on my end yet i feel i’m being charged due to whatever spread the wealth strategies the management is using to spread the cost across all residents. I’m the past 30-45 days we’ve had the water cut off 5-6 times. On top of rent going up, the cost to live here, doesn’t equal the value when we have no security, trash issues and water issues. Again the staff is nice, but we have bigger issues as a community here that haven’t been addressed and upper management is too cheap to do anything about it.
