They turn the water off everyday. It’s ridiculous. Also you can’t get through to the office they don’t answer or call back. Also, these property has gone downhill this use to be such a beautiful neighborhood but now half the grass is dead, they cut down all the nice trees, trash everywhere. To be honest they need to tear this place down it’s one step above section 8. If you want to live in the ghetto then this is the place for you. Cheers

I did add the review below 8 months ago with the four stars. So recently my experience has been that I've been trying to get my new lease usually get it in the middle of July that is now August 7th and it seems that no one can help me. I've called the office several times but no one answers the phone. I went in the office and spoke to agents no one really had information or were confused. I just need to know where I'll be laying my head, it's becoming very stressful. Last year there was an issue with receiving my lease renewal through my email from whatever company was sending it for some reason. I went and spoke with Jordan and he never let me leave the office until I was able to receive it. It's also, Cutting into my 60 days. I kind of need to know what's going on whether I will be able to reside here again due to rental increases or I have to move out of state basically. There would be nowhere else affordable to really be able to stay in Florida. I have been on the property going on my 3rd yr. The last couple of years were nothing but a huge run around with prior management an dishonesty. Since the property was accquired by new management its seems to be heading in the right direction, with lots of updating to the community. I have to give Jordan the property manager a big thank you he is awesome. Jordan has been true to his word by far, and I really like to deal with Honest people. So keep up the good work Jordan. Hopefully things will continue to improve. Anna

This place is a joke. Went online and found an apartment I wanted and applied for it. I stopped in the next day to find out they “accidentally” mispriced the apartment by over $300 and would not honor the price. Funny how they could take all of my applications fees, then told me I would get them back via check in 2 weeks. The extremely incompetent manager claimed he “fixed” the issue so I wouldn’t have to wait for a check and it would go “right back” into my bank account, yet here I am over a week later still without the money they took. This place is unprofessional and shady. Do not recommend

I barely just moved in not even a week ago just as a disclaimer but the leasing office, i specifically spoke to Brenna who was incredibly kind, helpful, clear, professional, informative and all the good stuff throughout the whole process. This was a relief to me since I was a first time renter and had tons of questions since I didn’t really know what I was doing , she was extremely patient the entire way which I really appreciated . I’m looking forward to a good next 12 months here :) so far I really like the property it’s pretty quiet and clean .
