Had our eyes on 2 chairs that couldn’t be sold: they would call us when they were available. After looking at other stores, we returned the next day begging to buy the floor samples. Our salesman Rodney, took the initiative to ask his manager. They both returned, let us purchase the chairs, gave us a huge discount, apologized AND the NICEST person loaded them for us. Highly recommend Bob’s Furniture and Rodney!

Terrible service they were supposed to deliver a couch we had purchased then after we gave our couch and chair away they told us that it wouldn't be out until the following Wednesday...the delivery drivers are very unreliable and management seems very confused about everything don't go here they are all unorganized...we had finally canceled with them and found a much better place and found what we had been looking for...
