Ordered 2 sofas, a large area rug and a runner. I had to cancel one, but some incompetent employee, cancelled all the other items too. I had to go back to the store spend 3-4 hours again and place the custom order. They delivered the sofa with one cushion missing. How can someone with an ounce of a brain cell miss something on a custom order.

Purchased a $200 jewelry box online that arrived damaged. Tried calling customer service & after a long hold and no answer, e-mailed instead. I got confirmation that my e-mail was sent, it has been over a month with no reply to my e-mail. Can't recommend a business with no customer service.

The store is fine, employees have been helpful for the most part. Nothing we’ve ever wanted to buy is in the store, in stock, or available there. You go to the store to look at it (if they have it on display) then they offer you to order it online for you (which anyone can do on their own) and come out of the store disappointed. Lots of supply chain issues I guess but maybe it will get better maybe it won’t…who knows.

I believe there is actually a separate pottery barn kids store and a pottery barn teen store in the mall. I would suggest checking the Kenwood Towne Center website for store information
