They do not accept apple pay and apparently change either. I went because I’ve gone here before and never been turned away until today. I didn’t have my card and only $11 cash , the rest change. I went back & forth to my car gathering money just be denied it… money is money. :/ Unfortunately I won’t be coming here again (neither will my sisters)

Used to be my favorite place now they have messed my eyebrows up took way to much off i said a clean up.My daughter had great eyebrows and now the lady took off so much she definitely didn’t know what she was doing sadly we wont go back since this was the third try and every time they ruined our eyebrows different ladys . They are friendly but differently dont know what they are doing some of the lady’s it depends on who you get . Its a hit and miss with this place .

This is the second time I have given this place a try, although normally I get lucky and have good service, today I was not so lucky. Hidden under the masks and ambiguity, also the fact they do not have nametags here it is hard to pin point the individual that normally does a good job. also when i try to make an appointment the manager has assured me that they all do good work, that is not the case. Today I had the unfortunate luck of going in on Sunday May 1st, 2022, 4 pm, and the lady at the first chair to the left as you walk in, is where I sat. I said, hi, just a clean up, and leave my length, as I have long natural eyebrows with a long tail. She said okay, and of course she did not abide by these directions. Instead, she went to town just eating up my eyebrows and of course, that was the least of my problems. She also ate into my actual eyebrow and cut into the normal shape of it. Under and over, as well as making them short and stout. I do not know what to say at this point as I'm left with almost half of what I went in with. I wish we could make appointments with the good workers there so this does not sway people from the warries of these kind of walk in shops, and to finish it off, when i let her know that she messed up and did not do them right, she muttered, "is okay." I am just not okay with this. I was going to just take the loss and deal with it but I feel I must share this so new people can at least start asking names so they do not have to chance their experiences every time they go in here, and can start narrowing down the good and bad artists in here.
