My doctor referred me to this office. They called me and wanted me to go to the lab. They said they would fax to the Quest Dynastics for blood draw. I took time off and went over there the next day. Upon my arrival the next day, I was told that lab had not received anything from Dr. Munnagi’s office. I made a phone called an hour later to Dr. Munnangi’s office. They said they will fax. I called three hours later just to confirm and said they did. The next day I took time off again from work to go to the lab. Upon my arrival, once again I was told no paper from Dr. Munnangi’s office. I wonder what kind of people work here? I’m very disappointed at them. Nurses are so unhelpful.

I was a bit apprehensive after reading the reviews. Front desk check in was easy. Check in with the nurses in the procedure area was easy as well. The nurses were amazing. I’m probably what you would call a high maintenance patient as I feel the need to be informed about everything. I had a concern about the anesthesia, the nurse listened and reassured me. Anesthesia is difficult for me and the nurses here did an amazing job of listening to my needs and ensuring a good experience. The recovery area was easy as well (not expected for me as a patient) I can’t really rate the Dr- since I probably wouldn’t have remembered him talking to me. However, I left with written results so that was good. Overall I would rate the experience as a great one- if a colonoscopy screening can ever be rated as a great experience.

DON”T GO TO THIS DOCTOR REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Your talking to him and his phone rings and ignores the patient. Always get a second opinion on anything he said’s.

I had to drink the PEG solution. It's a gallon jug you fill with water and add the powder. You can also use Gatorade with the powder instead of water. Also had to take Ducolax pills and a bottle of magnesium citrate.
Dr. Munnangi does not put in gastric balloons.
No. He can’t do it in the office. He sends patients to the hospital
