Most of the time my requests are responded too promptly, but this time my last request did not get resolved completely. My 2nd mail key still hasn't been given to me in the last several months. But i still feel like this place is fantastic. No complaints! David With my most recent maintenance issue. My water heater has gone out about 10- 12 times atleast in the last 2 months. I would like a better fixing of the issue. David

I had to change my review. The apartments are not renovated for new tenants moving in. They dont upkeep the grounds or keep the pools clean. Theres really no cleaning of any sort thru out the complex. It looks like a NYC Projects. The rent here is ok but you see very expensive cars parked in the lot. Corporate needs to get involved.

These are absolutely the worst apartments I ever lived in. Since I moved in there was a problem whether it was with my AC my refrigerator black stuff coming out of my water faucets and now I have termites. The office indicated to me that I certainly do not have termites I had to take the light fixture off the wall and bring it to the office just to show them I have multiple pictures and The office basically called me a liar. For the second time. My refrigerator broke on me about four times already when they replace my refrigerator if they replace it with the old rusty refrigerator and I had to complain for them to replace that refrigerator. They indicated to me what’s wrong with it it’s a working refrigerator. They promised me I would’ve gotten a brand new fridge fridge raider never got that my light in my daughters room that I’ve asked him three times already to come fix still has not been fixed. I know my apartment is infested with termites. Worst apartment I ever lived in
