The apartments are okay and modern but that’s about it. This building is terrible and completely overpriced with management that’s literally impossible to get a hold of. It’s not luxury, there’s barely security, the walls are thinner than paper, and the smell/dust from outside makes it impossible to sit on your balcony or have good air quality even inside. My ice maker in my fridge has been broken since 2020, and they literally stopped responding to me about it. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Scheduled a virtual tour on the site and got multiple confirmation/ reminder emails only for them not to show up to the appointment. It's also impossible to get a hold of them. Left a few messages, sent an email... nothing.

This place has all of the amenities that we wanted from Central A/C, 2 assigned parking spaces, in-suite W/D, gym, and pool. I wish there was guest parking, as street parking can be a challenge, but that's practically everywhere in LA. The entire staff here are all really nice and helpful. They try their best to create community within the complex which is really nice. The are also going through a ton of upgrades throughout the place which is really nice!

There is a washer and dryer in each home. We also offer on-site dry cleaning and laundry service.
I'm not 100% sure but i believe it's roughly 100 units between the two buildings. It's split between the Wilshire building and the Detroit building.
