My representative Ryan Casper was knowledgeable professional and really assisted me with the electronic application process he walked me through the entire rental procedure. having to only deal with one person that knows the business made moving a pleasure instead of a headache.. the building is full of amenities bbq areas multiple pools covered parking.. But the customer service and professionalism can't be matched...

It's been a week since we moved into this apartment and we absolutely love it. It was quite an experience trying to look for place as soon as we landed in LA from HI. My sister is starting college here and we had a very short window to find a place and move in asap. Thankfully Lance and Rachel helped us out with tours and paperwork. They were very professional and awesome with communicating and emailing all the necessary stuff needed to move in as smooth and quickly as possible. Rachel and Lance did everything they've could to make us feel welcomed. I was worried about parking since I saw some reviews with parking complaints, but so far everything is good and the apartment management is currently fixing this issue by towing all the cars that doesn't have stickers. I will update more as things progress but the apartment is spacious and luxurious with very friendly staffs.

Be prepared for consistant utility issues, it routine to lose gas or to have a plumbing problem. There is no security at all, and no recourse for the noisy neighbors, and they are noisy. The fire alarm is good to go off a few times a week. One of the bedrooms has an air intake that's so loud it's hard to hold a conversation in the room when it's on. There is technically a basketball court but they rent it out to youth leagues most nights so it hardly counts as an amenity. For the price and location you could do worse but should be a last resort. Editing: It's been months of all night music from the neighbors and they've completely disconnected the front desk phone number.

Lived here for 3 months and everything has been smooth as a resident. The staff across the board is solid. Rachel & Marwa helped me out with getting the best apartment/parking spaces available, 900sqft son!. Security is on point, as much as 1-2 on site security guards can be with the size of property and Security lock boxes for deliveries haven’t been an issue, Downtown is active and this property is the right choice with all the INCLUDED amenities. With extremely low homeless around, for downtown… enjoying my residency here so far! Thanks again Rachel! P.s. ask for Rachel or Marwa! 🤙🏾
