Great apartments for Seniors in a safe good location

My mom has been living here for 3 years. She likes the apartments and the maintenance and security workers are nice and helpful. Now the staff on the other hand in the office is a different story. They are very rude and not helpful at all also very unorganized. When working with retired people you have to be patience. There isn't only one person working but they act like it. I know working with the public can often be a nightmare, but it's obvious that it's a big apartment complex and there's always going to be high demands from tenants but there has to be other ways to deal with the situations without losing your cool or professionalism. Very bad work ethic. Don't know if the group or organization of the property also work the same way. Hopefully their superiors change the wrong work habits.
