This review is for my visit at the Belmont station apts. It was one of the most pleasant apt viewing experiences in downtown. The building is well maintained, the security person was friendly and John was a great leasing agent. He was very welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly, and seemed to genuinely love his job. Although the tour was self-guided John explained clearly how to go to the apartment and what to exepct. He also said to visit the amenities. The floor plan I was interested in was not available for viewing so John explained to me with drawings how my floorplan would compare with the apt I was viewing. The apartment appliances and interior were not brand new but like the rest of the building it was well taken care of so it didn't seem to show too much wear and tear. I ended up deciding to not stay in DTLA otherwise I would have considered Belmont station.

John was a great person and help. He always made sure to answer all our questions and make us feel at home even while were only touring

Have lived here for years. Living in DTLA there are things you can expect from city life but the tranquil interior of the building and the security guard at the front are top notch. Highly recommend.

I have been living at this apartment for almost a year now. I am completely satisfied with it. Staff are vey nice, Wendy and John have been so helpful since the day I moved in. It has great amenities, the gym is not crowded at all. And they have free yoga class every night. My apartment is facing the court yard and it is very quite. Great parking spots. Maintenance services are good. Most importantly, I like the park across the street. It is so convenient to have a slow jogging or to walk your dog. The Echo Park is also very close by. I saw people giving bad reviews complaining about the elevator and package service, but I did not have any problems so far. I highly recommend this apartment.
