I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE living here! Apartments are beautiful, amazing amenities and awesome location. Security is great and the leasing agents are the BEST! It’s been almost a 1.5 years since I moved here, so it’s time for an update. As my lease nears a end and I have to decide what I want to do, I have nothing but love for my apartment overall. Great amenities, amazing staff (I adore everyone I’ve talked to over the past year in the half. From my leasing agent, Andrew, to Daniel, Noemi and David that have been helpful with every annoying question/concern I have had and me losing my key countless times 😩, to changes and currently the process of possible lease renewal- I likely will stay) I have a very demanding job and I enjoy nothing more than to come home to my apartment and know it’s worth every penny. I haven’t had any problems with packages. Yes, it’s a bit noisy outside at times but I’m from New York. It’s city life. My overall experience has been positive.

I've had it with this place. they increased my rent 10% and removed the option to go month-to-month after completing a 15-month lease. Building is run by greedy property managers that would rather lose quality tenants on the off-chance that they can rent your unit for a higher price. Amenities aren't comparable to other similar buildings, building reeks of weed & urine at all times. go elsewhere.

I have been a resident here at Broadway Palace for almost two years now but finally had the pleasure of meeting Mark just last month! He put together Broadway Marketplace to feature local vendors and residences who run their own small business. If you attended the marketplace, you could see the hard work he put into it to make sure it was a success. It just really shows how much Mark really knows his residences here at Broadway because many of us run our own side or main hustles. I was absolutely blown away on how much effort and love he put into this event. I really hope this can start to be a monthly event! It was a success for me and it was great way to meet other residences. Also I got to support other local vendors who live here as well! It was a win-win situation all around. Thank you so much Mark and it was an absolute pleasure meeting you!

I'm not a review guy but I had to write one for the amazing experience I had with the manager Mark! He was able to patiently answer all of my questions for me and actually took the time to hear me out. Such a great personality and breath of fresh air to most managers I've dealt with because he actually cares and it shows! If you need anything at all at Broadway, make sure to CALL MARK!
