This building is extremely frustrating to live in. When you tour it's really nice but living here is not. The fire alarm is ALWAYS randomly going off it's so frustrating. Sometimes they'll inform tenants that they're testing the fire alarm from 9 am-5 pm and it will go off all day, it's awful. If management is reading this please do something about this. The elevators are a huge problem. It's guaranteed that one of the two elevators will break once every few months and sometimes both break. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything around and above you, the building often shakes when people close doors. Lastly, there are so many homeless people who live around this building now. This isn't the building's fault but when I came to visit it wasn't a problem but now it's getting so bad. Really poor quality complex unfortunately and very over priced. The only nice thing is the lobby and common areas are kept clean.

Excellent both the apartment and management

This isn't a review on the management but more so the building itself. The management was great I think they were a fantastic representation for the building and the price point they were asking. However with that being said the actual building does not measure up at all to surrounding buildings that are also brand new. The units price is way too high for what they have to offer. Their amenities are good, not great but good. Their rooftop view is actually nice though with a nice view if you look north towards the hills or east towards DTLA. The size and materials used in their units are average but the price of it is far beyond. They expressed they are in a great location and I couldn't disagree more. There will be construction going on in that area in the next year and they also are not really walking distance to any grocery stores that someone who'd be living there would like to shop at. Also there is no night life, clubs, restaurants within close walking distance of the building, no real historical Hollywood landmarks to even see. Also everyone in LA drives, it would take about 15 to 20min to get to any fwy, the nearest being the 101. This place is extremely overpriced being over 3k for a one bed is outrageous mainly because they don't offer anything to make that price make sense. There are several other buildings going up in the next year that have better locations and more for your money so I would hold out if you are currently looking. Also 74 units I believe is what they have there and that was a selling point and I'm sorry its just not a valid enough reason to charge that much at all. I think they need to re-evaluate lower their prices fast before they are unable to fill their units once, Eastown South goes up on Hollywood blvd they will get most of that business. Also for the price you'd pay here, you could live at the Hollywood Proper which is ten times more gorgeous and a full service building.
