This is one of the top/best apartment to live near west Hollywood! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Tiffany court apartments. The location is amazing and close to everything!!. The service is really good: apartment is kept clean, no hassle in parking or apartment amenities, requesting maintenance is super quick and they tend to the requests asap! Stefanie is amazing and super helpful!! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to rent an apartment.

Construction forever. Starts before 8am, water off, power off occasionally. Stage 4/5? It's been a year, hurry up. Response: thanks for your response Stephanie; we were told that construction would be done 9/15 yet still have construction people wandering floors, filling elevators, and working. Drilling, sanding, hammering, CONSTANTLY. At least I'm not home based for work. OH WAIT. What exactly are the improvements we're supposed to see? We've seen nothing from you guys for having to put up with this beyond the continuously broken "improvement schedule." I especially love the hammers used to prop open the doors to the underground parking. Left there throughout the night. Maybe that's why cars get broken into a couple times a year in our "protected" underground parking. Essex, not even once.

See my Yelp review for more detail. Compared to what I hear from all my friends and have seen myself, this is one of the best managed complexes. Sure there are hiccups here and there like with some upgrades taking longer than expected (what apartment complex doesn’t?) but Tiffany Court Staff is wonderful and accommodating. The friendly smiles and willingness to help made moving halfway across the country so much easier. Maintenance is speedy and Enrique is amazing!
