My family visited the Fifty Five Fifty for a tour of the building to get a better idea of the amenities and layout of the various floor plans. Janae from the leasing office took time and care with us as she thoroughly explained the history of the property, the wonderful amenities and the leasing process. We loved it and hope to call this place our home in the very near future! Now we just anxiously await a 3 bedroom unit to become available.

I love this building. From the moment I met Ramonda who knew immediately the perfect apartment for me (it was) to today, almost 2 months later, I am so glad I made the decision to live here. Ramonda has been so caring and helpful with anything we needed. So grateful I met her!

seamless move so far! in large part thanks to Janae who is incredibly nice and so knowledgeable. She gave me a wonderful tour and helped me so much with the application. She was always available to answer all my questions and made sure the place was perfect before the movers came. Loving the apartment so far! and if you're trying to find a place, definitely contact Janae because she is the best!

If you have an EV, move elsewhere, there are plenty of apartment complexes that have charging access and this is not one of them. I’m particularly upset bc I moved in thinking I could charge my vehicle, only to find out I’m on a waitlist. The first-come-first-serve charger that they told me I’d have access to in the meantime, I haven’t had access to since 25 May (and I only had access to for a few days). So my car is often dying and dead and I have to sit in my car in random places, for hours, so I can go to work. At 3025/month, the lack of communication and inconvenience is not worth it. They don’t respond to emails, they close out maintenance requests that they haven’t tended to the day you put them in (without calling you) and they have done nothing but lie to me about the charging station, because I called ChargePoint and they told me the truth. I’m willing to break my lease at any penalty, I do not like living here. Attached is a picture of my blinds, which they told me I’d have to pay for to replace (I just moved in). I could’ve saved 12k and lived in a beautiful apartment with charging, so I’m recommending you do the same.
