I would give them a zero if I could. I would like to begin by saying that I have been living here for three years, and this is by far the worst "management" team I have ever experienced. The office is probably going to respond to my review by saying something like "I am so sorry you experienced x,y, and z but we did/will do our best to resolve the situation" and then leave me with contact info for a number of people I can reach out to. I have contacted and spoken with every person on management here, including Chrystal, Lauren, and the manager, Madeline. Of these people, NONE follow through with anything except for Fabian. To be fair, Chrystal is actually very nice, but it is not her fault that management cannot delegate tasks properly and efficiently...she needs time for proper training and cannot do everything by herself!! It took the office more than two and a half months to renew my lease. Imagine you had to move in and had no place to go? Two and a half. Let that sink in. As someone who works in customer service, I know what customer service looks like. This place is a dis-service to the customer. Of the 5+ emails sent to management, I received a response to one. Of the countless times I sent our paperwork, they could never "find it" because despite being "professionals", none of them seem to communicate. Our lease was sent to us with errors not once, not twice, but THREE times because of misspelled names and personal information that was given to them with the correct information in WRITING. No one followed up with giving us access to the unit or the callbox. How, I ask, did they expect us to enter the unit? Our apartment went through not one, not two, but THREE leaks because of the residents living above us. They are constantly vibrating our walls and running from one end of the apartment to the other like a trodding horse. I have complained about this time and time again, and of course, no response. You can call the office...I can guarantee no one will pick up on the first try. Not the second. And maybe, just maybe, the third time will work. Maybe. And, to top it off, THEY RAISED OUR RENT. The only good thing about this place? Maintenance. Carlos, Miguel, Yvonne are all amazing. They always respond in a timely manner and are very friendly. But as for everything else: DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE OUTWARD APPEARANCE OF THE BUILDING, IT IS A LIE. My only plea is to please, please, please BRING BACK STEFANIA GHILARDUCCI AS MANAGER!! I do not know if the staff is underpaid or just under-trained. Whatever the case, it is not okay. Housing is not a joke, this is a person's home. Please take it seriously. Otherwise, I will be packing my bags soon as are others who have lived here for many years.

When I received my move-out statement, I was SURPRISED that they took almost a $1000 from my security deposit ONLY to change the carpet!!!! Even though the carpet WAS NOT new when I moved in despite COVID-19 concerns!!! I found different hair types in the carpet and it obvious that it was only vacuumed!!! As a reply tp your reply: here is your reasoning to deduct the carpet replacement fee!! If you are replaced on May 2020 and you only suppose to replace it after 60 months how come to charge me the replacement fee when it only been 24 months (two years) because I moved out on June 2022!!!!! Please use some logic when you send the past residents their move-out statement!!! Why would you charge me for the cleaning and for the replacement????? It was it not enough that I paid you a huge deposit security just because I am international student who doesn't have a social security number!!!

Fabian was excellent and very detail-oriented! He responded to my request so quickly on a Saturday, and he was able to move forward the process within hours, which typically would have taken two days. With his help, I was able to move in seamlessly.

1. Fire alarms have been going off once a month for the last SEVEN YEARS. 2. Ongoing theft with no resolve. I had my credit card stolen from the makeshift "mail room". (This is where they allow Amazon & USPS etc. to pile all our deliveries like a warehouse). My credit card was used by SOMEONE WHO LIVED in the building- management confirmed and still has not made anything safer. 3. There was an ongoing nuisance for a couple years via another tenant in which I was asked to testify in court to help remove her. Why should I have to do that? 4. Only time they communicate with you efficiently is when they want to RAISE YOUR RENT 10%!!! 5. The turn over rate in management is unheard of. 6. The office staff locks their doors so tenants have to schedule a time to speak b/c "covid is so bad" yet THEY DON'T WEAR MASKS themselves. 7. The water break and gas leak are TINY compared to the real issues going on here. There was a SHOOTING on OUR STREET - and you still could not get ahold of management- nor did they send an email out. DURING THE SHOOTING I was temporarily locked out of the building bc the front DOOR was broken FOR a couple weeks. There was an active shooter- and I couldn't get into my "luxury home" 8. There was an actual fire recently and the fire alarms ironically didn't go off. 9. There was a BOMB threat outside our building and still the fire alarms didn't go off nor did they alert us about the issue. 10. Elevators are constantly broken. 11. I have yet to meet one happy tenant. 12. They do not care about you- they care about money.
