I want to give 0 star if possible. There was a major water leak over the long weekend. It was like pouring rain coming down from the bathroom ceiling at 2am. The maintenance people came in few hours later and had to place 2 de-humidifiers and a blower to dry the floor and walls. This took several days. Imagine the noise and inconvenience my family had to go through. Emailed community office to ask for some sort of compensation but only thing they are offering is the cost of electricity for the equipments needs to be used. Also, the lady at the office showed displeasure and nasty attitude. I have videos and pics of the rainfall which I showed it to some people and they all told me I deserve a compensation. Hope this helps future residents.

There are cockroaches in the building and I was not quickly led by continuous cleaning. Also, the mail does not reach me and I do not know whether it reaches the manager or someone who steals it.

There is no option for no star so i gave them 1 star. Property manager who named Andrew is very very rude guy, he is unprofessional but ridiculously overconfident. We were waited for inspection for whole day. Mostly nobody is in leasing office. Also they have cockroach and you will smell the trash chute in hall way. Worst experience ever in this leasing office.

This is by far the worst apartment building I've ever lived in. Something is constantly broken within the building and the the faculty are not only useless but cause more problems than they solve. Let me give some examples. 1. The elevator has been broken for more than a month and the staff keeps putting up posters pretty much saying "you're welcome for the horrible service." 2. The maintenance guys are not responsible for cleaning the building and they never fix anything. There is often trash and sometimes vomit left in the stairwell for days without ever being cleaned, and I have reported several things broken with maintenance always coming to look but never fixing anything. They say they'll come back to fix it and never do. 3. My roommates car was broken into in the garage and they did nothing. 4. They left notes on our cars saying the pipes would be cleaned in the garage and our cars could possibly be damaged or destroyed which they were not liable for. 5. The office manager lied to the police and tried to have me arrested over a Misparked car. (Her name is Jazmine) called the police and told them I was high and in the process of assulting her, all because my friends car was parked in an empty spot in the garage. Why she reacted the way she did is beyond me. 6. I have had several packages go missing and know it is the buildings fault either for giving them to the wrong person or allowing them to be stolen. 7. They way overcharge for utilities and you can expect to spend an additional several hundred dollars every month just on water and power. 8. The hot tub is both disgusting and cold. 9. Upon moving in they gave me the wrong pool key and the wrong mail key. 10. The fire alarm goes off every couple of days and they can't shut it off until the fire department arrives. In summary, DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY.
