Customer service tried to tell me they don't sell floor models at all. It was for something small on a shelf too. they said it could be damaged and customers might return them . That's such a lazy excuse. There's no way they don't sell any floor models of anything. There's literally over 100k in applainces on the open floor. I imagine they just rebox that floor model and sell it as new like typical corporations. Like I said There's no way they are Leaving all that money on the table. That's silly to use as an excuse . Many times they would give a discount on a floor model for potential damages to it. I guess that customer friendly policy changed.

I go to this home Depot a lot. It's always well stocked. Staff is always helpful when you can find one of them. A little understaffed at times but the staff they do have are quality.
