FYI: The customer service is horrific. I’m almost sure Stephen King is training the staff. Second FYI: In the case that you want your deposit back, guess what: YOU need to call their corporate offices to get it back. They don’t tell you this upfront- you have to call several times to get in touch with the leasing office to get the info. Also, they are horrific to get in touch with. You’re always redirected to an off site leasing center who can’t help you with specific questions and issues. In my 8 years of managing luxury hotels I have never seen so many red flags. My suggestions if you’re looking for a good place to rent: Great customer service at 888 at Grand Hope Park or ARQ Apartments.

So now the business is reaching out to me, demanding that I remove my posts. They are having their attorneys harass me; a client for stating my opinion that is factual. It is a fact that my door was broken for 2 days. Olga stated the door couldn’t be fixed see email below. They are lying saying they called me. I had to call concierge several times to even get a response

Worst management team ever! Beaten by a neighbor's unleashed dog, without the owner on the scene. The incident happened in front of the elevator and recorded by the camera, but no one cares. The management team told me that unleashed dog didn't register to the building, so they don't know there is a dog in that apartment, and they could do nothing if people don't want to register their dogs. Almost half a year passed, that unregistered dog is still in the building, so who believes the management team already take the actions? how ridiculous it is! For your family and your kids' safety, please take your decision seriously and wisely before your move in.
