3 years I went here for cleaning before kidney transplant. Receptionist was sort not impressed with me. I was seen by female dentists after x-ray. She seemed helpful and nice She referred me to have 2 molars extra to surgeon at 106 Street. I went to surgeon. The longest waiting period. Filled forms. When called and x-rayed Sat down awaiting surgeon who was still with other patients. Once he came and check my forms and x-rays he seem a bit Standish to start with me. He explained molars and extraction but only proceeded to remove part of molar. Finished and didn't want to extract other molar. So of course I went back to original dentist only to find she was not my dentist. I got another male young dentist who had seemed to explained x-rays and proceeded to clean teeth. Which wasn't a great experience. But I needed this. After Finished I was dismissed to go to another patient. I asked receptionist for another appointment and was told because of insurance at time only coverage was for cleaning and x-rays every 1 time a year. I went home feeling unsatisfying. I proceeded to call after year. And never got returned calls. Now it's almost 4 years and no word from them at all. I felt they discriminated for illness and insurance. Not professional.

I really like this office only because the doctor there ,a woman with blond hair amazing she explains what she had to do so you know what’s going on and she’s very patient I love her and then the receptionist Jasmine very informative she actually knows about teeth ,she’s just not behind the desk just to be behind a desk she calls for reminders. Jasmine helped me out with everything else I needed to know.

My experience was terrible ! I wish i could give a negative number of stars. I arrived at 1:38 for a 2 pm appointment. The receptionist was shoving food down her face. I said it was my first time and was told i didn't have an appointment. I canvassed the neighborhood for the next 10 minutes thinking i might've made an error but i know myself better than that so i returned. When i came back that same receptionist told me my name wasn't anywhere in the system but when she looked by my phone number, my appointment was scheduled with all my information but someone else's name ! I received the most painful cleaning in my life. When i left I needed a referral and guess what? The same receptionist hands me a referral with information that looked foreign to me. She handed me someone else's referral! I asked who is this ?! She gives me the right paper but no apologies for multiple errors. I am disgusted with this practice.

Yes, but you should definitely call first thing in the mornings because I've overheard them turn away people for various reasons. Good luck
