The lady who took my blood was nice, we engaged in conversation and had a laugh. The lady at reception however, should never be in front of customers. She was just downright rude and short with me. All I wanted was the email address of the facility, all she had to do was simply say "it's here, and point at the piece of paper on the desk". Instead she just barked at me "IT'S ON THE DESK" as if I was hard of hearing or stupid. When I turned around thinking she meant a desk at the front, she yelled....literally yelled, the exact same thing twice. All she had to do was point at it. Instead, she made me feel small, insignificant, and non human, the day before Thanksgiving. So, thank you lady for this terrible customer service.

This is a great LabCorp location. Amelia took care of me and she was very kind, professional and quick. She had great bedside manner and could handle a lot going on at once. I definitely recommend going here.

Do not go here! The technician was in a rush and poked both of my arms several time without being able to draw my blood. She then tried to draw blood from my right hand to then tell me she needed more blood. She hurt the vein in my hand so bad, I got a hematoma, a horrible bump in my vain that hurt for days and leaving a dark bluish bruise. The exam was not successful of course, now I have to go to the same process again. Looking for a more professional laboratory.
