We found ourselves sopping up water off the floor after every shower. After speaking with Adrian he advised on how to fix the problem. We had a trip planned already so they came in and removed the old shower doors, painted the shower and installed a new shower curtain rod. We came home to a new shower along with upgraded fixtures. Overall, I did not enjoy my time living here. I’ve dealt with several issues including being shown a unit and receiving a unit with a completely different layout. Also, maintenance is always doing something above our unit and our water gets shut off very frequently from 8am to 5pm. Another huge problem with this property is the upkeep. The parking lot was never cleaned in the year I have lived here and after weeks of trash on the floor, someone picks it up. The laundry room is always filthy and the apartment is built with very cheap quality. I have to call them all the time to repair something only for it to mess up a month later. The only positive thing I can say about this building and management is that Colin and Mariah are always pleasant and help solve what they can and the business center is nice.

I have been staying at Villa Vicente for about 2 years now, and it's a great place to live. There has never been any major issues worth pointing out, and whenever I had any, they were addressed at their earliest convenience. All the staff members are great, and always ready to help. I would definitely recommend this apartment, if anyone is looking for a place to call it their home.
