Clear lack of security and of staff in general for cleanliness. Food and liquid spills in communal spaces such as elevator lobbies remain caked with food and garbage for days before being cleaned. Non-residents regularly follow residents' cars into the parking garage and no one from the building does anything about this - there isn't anyone manning the garage entrance at all. Homeless people sleep and defacate in stairwells. And yet, rent increases here, go figure.

Please read current reviews- they are all very accurate. This place has gone downhill since David left as manager. The staff works hard and they’re great people, but there’s no security patrol anymore, things are starting to fall apart and it’s just not safe. Apartments cars and storage units are broken into, packages are stolen, mailboxes are left open and unattended and the worst of it- people are being followed into the garage and threatened. And yet they will raise your rent by an INSANE amount YEAR AFTER YEAR until you feel like you are drowning. They are beholden to stockholders, not their tenants. For your safety and peace of mind, please look elsewhere.

Not sure what's going on here anymore, but In The last 6 months we've had multiple apt break ins and car break ins. There seem to be alot of homeless people hanging out in the parking areas and stairwells. Some even threatening tenants here. Multiple basic amenities breaking down and not being fixed. And the management does not seem to care whatsoever. I'd advise to read all current reviews on this complex as it is quickly going downhill.

If you are looking into moving I would consider looking into Jia Apartments. My husband and I moved here post-covid and I have to say that I am truly happy to have found Jia Apartments. The management team here is great, the General Manager David and his team always replies so quickly to our inquiries. Plus everything is online, from requesting service to sharing comments to our Jia community. Jessie is one of the security guys here and he is so friendly and makes you feel like this place is a safer place with him being here. Also, not to mention the repair team is always on top, Carlos is part of the repair team and if something breaks he comes in and handles it all!! I love this place and the area is so cool, lots of place to eat and walk.
