Beautifully done immersive, "moving" experience. It's accompanied by well-chosen music and clever transitions between pieces. I highly recommend. The cushions were good to have and we also got the poster, which is very nice. Walls and molding did have some distorting effects, but overall very nice.

The experience was just ok, their visuals were amazing and sound tracks were picked very brilliantly. There were obviously few issues like projector on one of the wall was not as sharp as the other one, there were small objects like fire extinguisher’s, doors, and small cut hole for windows which were not giving a good impression. For such a great artist and for such a great visual effects and presentation i think they should have picked up the right hall , projecting it on broken ground and wall was not a good idea. I still want to thank the organizers for bringing the art and with such a great visual and sound in San Francisco and i hope for your next venue , you guys will pick up a better venue and pay little more attention to details.

They offer a beautiful display. For those who don't realize what the show is, you're directed towards a big room with blank walls and the show is projected on all four walls and the floor. It has lovely music and an interesting trippy flowing montage of Van Gogh's work. There's little circles 6 ft apart from each other where you can gather with your group and a few benches here. Unfortunately, this location pales in comparison to many other Van Gogh displays. There's nothing on the ceiling. There's almost nothing aside from the display area and the big gift shop - But they do have a couple cute selfie displays before and after and a neon Van Gogh art piece on one wall. This venue doesn't have much else going for it, so they're making do the best they can. It's a pretty show, VIP gets you a cushion to sit on, a poster, and access to a raised viewing platform - That platform is open to all at some other shows.

This would be the first Immersive experience for me. I love going to art exhibits/museum. When this came out I wanted to experience it right away. When we came in it had already started so we stayed for another showing. It good that you can come in whenever because the show loops over and over. It's not bad, it's a very different experience in looking at art. I looked at peoples reviews and I noticed they didn't like the moving pieces. I actually do like it. It made me feel like I was there in that time period. I was still able to see the details of his paintings. They are beautiful!!! Things I did not like are: seating/standing area. Sometimes I felt like I was in the way of someone else so we moved a couple of times. It's one big room so you just don't know where to stand. Not much information said about the art, so if you're not familiar with Van Gogh you've got to do your own research. At the end of the show you can go down and shop for some items, they don't have much selection but they have some stuff like posters, notebooks, tumblers, magnets etc. Overall, it was a great experience. I totally recommend it. I give them 3.5 star, I know there's no half star. They got 3.5 because it was uncomfortable being a one large room. Note: I suggest taking Bart train so you don’t have to worry about parking in the city.

It's 35 minutes on a loop. You can watch it as many times as you like
We were told to park in the garage across from city hall. It worked for us. Don't wear heels or pants that touch the ground. Omg DO NOT wear flip flops! Actually if possible you should hover. It wasn't a long walk but we passed by a few piles of poop on either side of the street.
Yes. Try going in the night. Easier to find parking and very less crowd.
I used a photo on my phone and my CA drivers license.
Assuming you are not vaccinated, there are many places who give results within 72 hours. Kaiser Permanente is one example.
There are 2 person benches a bit low. Standard folding chairs are available, just ask.
Van Ness Mini station directly across if you can park elsewhere, then take the train.
I used the Performing arts garage, which was a 10 minute walk away. Not a bad option, only paid 6 bucks!
You'll have to check the website. It changes all the time, so keep checking back.
Handicap parking on the corner of Van Ness and the street behind the All Star Cafe and on Van Ness between Fell and Hayes
Public parking or garage .. When I went .. we happen to be at the back of the building and there were a few spots available. We went on Sunday morning 11 am.
The backside of the building has handicap parking. Hope that helps.
Street parking or nearby parking lot. We parked in lot with an attendant and had no issues. There were plenty of metered street park close to building.
Van Ness
One of the nearby lots or if your lucky you'll find street parking in the neighborhood. Depending on what time you gogh.
Yes it would be a great experience for you and your kids
Try calling the venue We were able to walk up 45 min before our time.Staff was super nice.Enjoy your experience
No you will be fine. Instead of entering through the front door, they will have you enter through the side door ... enjoy the show
2 blocks down the street, now if you want parking there are several nearby especially if you have a handicap
There were some folding chairs available and a few benches. Our passes were VIP which came with the keepsake cushions ~ 😎
As the others have mentioned, it's quite accessible, but do call ahead to make sure they'd have one available when needed.
Masks and social distancing. They even have markers on the floor to help out!
Be aware there is extensive construction on the roads in the area.
Public parking was literally 2 blocks west and one block south(sorry can't remember streets) but $20 for 12 hrs, nice parking attendees
It should be okay while using a cane they have small 1/2 person benches in addition to the seat cushion provided at the beginning so you're not forced to sit on the ground.
Yes you can I'm disabled and they offered that for me.
Yes for my child who attends SCU ... But had to buy the tickets through the schools activity office...
In San Francisco at the old Filmore West. Market and Van Ness. Southwest corner. Get there early so you can get a seat
No, and the neighborhood is uber sketch. Homeless literally within feet of the door.
I did not take Bart but if you decide to drive there is a fenced pay to park lot right across the street.
Hi! The flexibility will also apply to the child tickets you purchased.
There are some benches. I believe the higher platform is for VIP ticket holders. There were no cushions when we went even though we paid for the premium ticket that came with them. The lady said people took them home as souvenirs.
Contact the museum directly to confirm tickets purchased and then see if you can get the manager to hold them at will call if you're still unable to print them yourself ahead of time. Good luck
I'm not sure. Certain days maybe sold out, however this show runs into September. A friend just recently purchased tickets for a June showing.
Yes there are free wheelchairs bit no walkers. There are several steep ramps so be careful!
Flex means your arrival time is flexible. I believe it is a 2 hour window.
Hi! Thank you for letting us know! Did you check your junk, spam and promo folders for an email from "Universe"? If you have and still can't find it, you can resend your tickets to yourself by completing this online form: http://myorder.immersivevangogh.com/
Www.VanGoghSF.com it is here until September You don't want to miss I've been twice
Street parking. Arrive early and circle!
Lots of street parking for $0.75 per hour
There's a parking garage one block away from the entrance of the exhibit. Wasn't a far walk at all! (:
