I used the Performing arts garage, which was a 10 minute walk away. Not a bad option, only paid 6 bucks!
There's a paid lot right across the street.
Limited street parking. If the show is in evenings it improves the chance of getting a spot.
Current road construction displaces parking for surrounding buildings so arrive early by 10 to 15 minutes. It took 3 drives around the blocks to find street parking in very slow heavy traffic. NOTE: The commercial lot behind the building was full at 9:40am on a Thursday. Their tow truck was working out the no pays. The lot sign is confusing because it seems like it is a free civic lot. Caveat Emptor
You have to figure out your own parking plan. I parked on the street surprisingly and paid about $6.
We parked on the street. Free on Sundays!
We took Bart and walked four blocks to the event
and some street, metered parking a few blocks away (pay $4 to $6 vs $20 - $25). It's worth doing a couple of laps to try to find street parking 😉...
