BMW SF was excellent service. They were very prompt and had everything already set up for my service. The loaner car was quick and efficient. They did a safety check for free and sent me a video of the check so I could see it wasn't a scam. They pointed out some items that needed service soon and gave instant quotes for the repairs and let you online decide if you want them to repair it with a click of yes or no. What was surprising is that when I went to pick up my car there was no pressure to repair anything with them. I was shocked. They washed my car also before I picked it up. Great Service Center and personnel !

We had the best experience thanks to Jeremy! He is the absolute best - extremely friendly, does not rush you or talk you into making a decision, hears your needs, and is honestly the kindest and warmest person! We spent hours Monday afternoon deciding on a car and he happily stayed with us until late to make sure we had everything we were looking for. He is extremely joyful, happy, and knows everything about BMW and the vehicles. The cars may sell themselves but the experience is only made better thanks to him!

After a repair shop (recommended by my insurance company) did significant damage to my car that was invisible to me (but made the car unsafe to drive), BMW SF spotted the issue, got the right parts quickly, and fixed the car. And they set me up with a great loaner so I had a car over a long holiday weekend. I liked working with these guys for years under the former ownership. I like them even more under new ownership. Highly recommend Christopher Kuehn as a great service writer.

As usual I got the red carpet treatment. John Santos is a great representative and has always made me feel welcomed and appreciated. He is very thorough when he explains everything that was done to my car, and explains many things I’m not sure about. I love my car, but I know little about all the benefits it has. John takes the time to answer all my questions. I always look forward to my visits to BMW of San Francisco, thanks to people like John Santos, and everyone who helps me there. It’s a good atmosphere and that means that the leadership there must be good. It’s difficult to find customer service, but John is an expert at it.

You can bring it in 24/7. They have a guard who can accept cars at all hours. They'll fix for you next day. Happened to me about 6 months ago.
