If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Do not waste your time coming over here because they send you the wrong units and expect their tenants to guide you around while your lost on the grounds. Clearly the rent they are charging here is high enough to ensure someone is on site to guide you through but yet they are still talking to you j on n the phone like you are the one in fault.

Awful experience. Scheduled a self-guided tour (all automated), appeared at the site at arranged time, but the apt door was locked and there was none in the leasing office to answer the call, SMS or email. Huge waste of time! This being the initial experience, it's no wonder other folks are complaining about management / personell response in reviews. Avoid at all costs!

We live here and the apartments themselves are fine but honestly the areas pretty insecure. We haven't even lived here a year and our cars been broken into twice and we've had hundred of dollars worth of packages stolen. Its just tough not feeling safe.

You can make an appointment for a virtual tour on Zoom, FaceTime or Google Meet, or book a self-guided tour to see the apartment in person.

Yes. Proof of renters insurance must be provided to your leasing agent prior to your move-in date. For specific information, including required coverage amounts for your community, contact a leasing agent.
You must be at least 18 years of age to rent an apartment. Any occupants over the age of 18 are required to be pre-screened and added to the lease agreement, regardless of whether they will be paying rent.
