I just rented a space here yesterday & must say that Dana & the rest of the staff at Extra Space Folsom have gone above and beyond to make the usually unsavory task of moving a pleasurable experience. In this day & age it is rare to find kind, friendly & helpful people who seem to genuinely care. They have, by far, exceeded my customer service expectations thus far. I would suggest Extra Space Folsom to anyone in need of a storage facility.

I'm very happy with this storage space so far. Juan helped us get set up and make sure the space would meet our needs and that we knew everything we needed to know about the facility. All while juggling demands from several other customers/visitors. The facility is clean, the access is easy - I was able to drive my van in and park inside with no trouble, there were carts available for use and the freight elevator is truly massive. I appreciated being able to buy a quality combination lock in the office since I didn't yet have one and prefer a combination over a key.

Dana was who I encountered at the front desk. She knew exactly what I needed, was very personable, knowledgeable, and responsive to my questions and gave me the guidance I needed to find my unit and even provided me with a cart to ease me moving experience. The facilities were very clean. I Will continue to store my items here in the future.

Kept all of my apartment furniture here for the past 2 years, and they’ve been a great service the entire time.
