I was subscribed on the app, I didt know they will charge 99 dollars for a year, I try to email KeeperTax but you will never get response!

0 stars should be an option. I'm starting to think this company is a scam. I've been trying to get in touch with support for weeks. Not a bot, an actual human. Caitlin the bot is not helpful.

Don't trust this company, they charged my account $168. I would never pay that much for taxes. I only use Free Tax USA, pay $15 and its very user friendly. I've reported them to my bank and they have no customer service phone number.

The overall process to do my taxes was fairly easy. I did have a question and nobody to ask.... How long does it NORMALLY take to receive my refund if there are not mistakes or questions?

My husband and I normally file jointly. This year I recently started driving for DD and he is retired. My question is. Is it better to still file jointly or married but file separate?

Probaly separate since u gotta pay self employment taxes u dont wanna file jointly cause basically dd is hiring u and u are a buisness of sorts
