I visited the store because the inventory seemed large. I have not owned a bike for a few years and needed some guidance on what bike would suit my needs. I spent a lot of time in the showroom and was eventually guided towards a particular bike. I was not intending to make a purchased - but I did. I am very happy with the bike that I was guided to. It was the right choice. When I picked up the bike the mechanic spent a lot if time going over it with me. He really cared that I understood the maintenance needs and what to pay attention to. The bike was very nicely presented. Overall a great experience.

Bought my bike here last year and just had it serviced. These are some awesome folks. While it would’ve been to good to get called when the service was done, the service itself was top and even realigned my bent shifter lever, left notes on what I ought to do when doing my own service (chain alignment and making sure things are torqued, thanks David). I like to try to do my own service for basic things but now when I need someone to look at my bike, SF Moto is the place I’d go.

I've purchased a number of vehicles in my life and have never had such a poor customer service experience like I just went through. When I first contacted the dealership asking if they did test drives. I was told they only do scheduled test drives not walk ins. I totally understood and have no problems with this. I was told I need to email the person who co-ordinates test drives. After several emails back and forth, with them asking lots of questions that could be answered in person. The questions ranged from my weight, to inseam, etc. I want to sit on the bike, and I will tell you in seconds if it's an issue. After several back and for conversations about a month, they stopped responding all together. My partner who is also looking to purchase a new motorcycle and I decided to just stopped into the dealership to see what they had in stock. Most of the staff was super friendly and worked with me. I found the bike I wanted, which was a $17k motorcycle. The one my partner liked was less, but I don't know the price. The person who handles test drives said they were busy at that time and couldn't help. I said no problem, can I schedule an appointment. They scheduled me for Monday at 1pm and requested I get there 15 minutes early. No problem, sounds great see you on Monday! Monday rolls around, I get there 18 minutes early for the paper work. I spoke with a super friendly woman with blue hair (seriously she is awesome). They weren't able to find me on any schedules, obviously since that wasn't their department. She returned to tell me the guy who handles test drives is too busy. I was obviously very upset over this, after all I scheduled time off from work to attend this test drive. I was super stoked and very ready to buy if things went well. After some more back and forth, the guy comes down stairs and tells me he is just too busy to do a test drive. Even though HE scheduled it for this time. In the background an older gentleman said they are just too busy to do it and it's not their problem. During the 15 minutes I was here, I witnessed him also turn away another customer saying they were just too busy to deal with them. He was annoyed with me saying they are too busy and nothing they can do. I mentioned better calendaring might help, he scuffed at me as he walked away. Eventually, the guy from upstairs tells me he is just too busy today. I asked when he could schedule another test drive. He rolled his eyes and huffed out, " I don't know". He was completely uninterested in helping a customer who wanted to buy a brand new motorcycle. Feed back to the owner(s), the guy upstairs has to go or needs some serious training in customer service and organizational skills. He has the worst attitude i've EVER experienced from sales. You have lost two motorcycle sales today. Additionally, I wanted to buy all new gear. I am sure you make more money from gear sales, so you now missed out from that. My partner used to refer people to this dealership all the time. My partner is furious how I was treated and won't ever refer people there again. Seriously, avoid this dealership they don't want your business. They are too busy for you and not interested in more sales work.

Great customer service very nice people Eric gave me 8k for my zero FX 2021 with very low miles 579 so they’re great bikes they just have zero value. I paid 12 thousand for the motorcycle less than two months ago. So I left feeling pretty sorry for the loss
