It's a great place to get your tool rentals in the city. Way better than home Depot. I go there often to top off my natural gas on my RV going to find their prices to be a little bit on the high side. Then again in order to get cheaper price I have to travel down by Paul avenue

Great range of equipment available for rental. We rented a small Honda 2000 W generator for a day to power a couple of music amps outdoors. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Ryan took a good amount of time carefully demonstrating how to operate the device and making sure the setup worked for us. Price seemed fair to me. The place has some customer parking available just outside, making it easy to load and unload.

Nice guys but some low grade equipment. In particular stay away from the plumbing snakes (or CHECK THAT THEY'VE UPGRADED to POWER FEEDS!) Consider Home Depot instead! Described my problem, clogged drain to be accessed through tub. They said alright here's what we have. Rented a 50ft drain snake. Got it home and realized it was NOT a power feed! Why would anyone rent a non-power 50ft feed snake? Why would anyone even stock one at a rental shop? Anyway, couldn't make it go around even the first bend. I'm handy too, and own my own little power feed 25 ft. (which works fine, but isn't long enough) Home Depot rents power feed snakes for the same $35 / 4 hours, it's worth the drive! When I brought it back to the shop they seamed to expect that it didn't work. They asked if it worked, and then charged me ONLY $20 for the rental. No surprise to them! Great, but what about the 90 min I wasted on this? And it still cost me $20? Ended up calling a plumber, but next time will go to Home Depot. Being national, and having a rep to defend they only stock high quality stuff in my experience. That snake is mostly unused, just sitting there collecting $20 on unsuspecting novices! At least they knocked it down to $20, not the whole $35. 2 stars for that. However, they are well aware that they are renting low quality stuff! 2 stars for knocking something off the price and being kinda nice guys.

Only guys that will service and refill your propane tank in San Francisco! Cool staff and knowledgeable on all equipment they rent or sell. I also rent the Honda generators when having a small event in the city and they always have them in stock.

So the best tool to use would be most likely a palm sander. It is small enough and easy enough to use on the trim. Give the store a call in the morning(opens at 7am) and they can quote you a price and make sure we have what you need in stock. Good luck talk to you tomorrow

At action rentals we sell the one gallon LPG cans but we do not refill them. There is a adapter to fill those small cans from another propane can. I am not sure if that helps I hope it does.
Market rate for propane, but it's pretty cheap. I think I usually pay around $12 per tank.
