Did my long-distance friend get his card for Father's Day? I wrote an especially personal, kind message in my friends card. I wish that you mail personnel would not loose mail in transit or whatever it is you are doing so people aren't getting it delivered to their mailboxes?! Also, they need to let go of the older man who's worked here for at least 20 years if this many people are writing complaints about him. July 6, 2022: Also, don't smirk at me if I missed something on a return address. I get up 4 hours earlier than you on the days I work, so I have some long days! Don't take a previous customer screaming at you out on an innocent person. That is unprofessional!

The supervisor, mail carrier for the route and an employee named Michael all 3 and possible others helped me from being scammed by a Facebook market place buyer of a 1200.00 cell phone. I suspected he was a fraud when he canceled his order once he received confirmation of the tracking number and stopped communicating with me. I was able to file an intercept and reroute request and these postal workers all listened to my story and made it their mission to stop the fraud. I also filed a mail fraud report. I received the item back today. These people are true professionals who helped me out tremendously.

terrible experience i have been going here for years and the particularly older gentlemen is rude abrupt and down right mean at times. if you have to use usps have your mailman pick up your package, concerning the other employees i have worked with there they have always been polite.

Package was attempted for delivery on 7/15, and nobody was home. Used door tag, and delivery was rescheduled for 7/19. Today is 7/20, and the photo shows the current status of the tracking... still scheduked for del8very on 7/19. I contacted USPS numbers and spoke with a lady who was nice, and let me know that I would have to contact the local office to arrange things. That is where is goes off the rails. The employee is not only completely rude and unhelpful, but says I will need to reschedule it. I asked what good that will do as I am trying to find out why it hasn't been delivered based on the updated information. The employee made it clear that they cannot share any deliver details about the package despite having a tracking number. When I asked again why it was not deluvered on the reschedule date, and how I coukd reschedule a currently rescheduled date, the worker repeated what they said and then hung up. I spoke with the post master, whobaddressed this and was exceptionally polite and professional.
