Everyone was incredibly helpful and professional. Despite the current pandemic I was seen quickly, COVID protocols were observed and I felt very safe and well cared for. I can't recommend it enough!

Can’t give any less stars when they refuse to see you. I brought my daughter in at 730pm on a Friday night. She had stepped on a rock and split the underside of her foot open fairly deep. I had wrapped her foot, but the bleeding hadn’t stopped and was visible from outside the dressing. It was pretty apparent she was going to need two or more stitches. I carry my daughter in. The receptionist was in front of the counter, cleaning. There are probably four patients in the waiting room. The receptionist looks at us, looks at my daughters foot, then asks what we’re there to be seen for. We tell her about the gash and the bleeding. The receptionist then tells us we can’t be seen there because they’re at capacity. She tells us we can go to the ER instead across the street. We leave. I call Nova Urgent Care on the other side of town. I get such a nice woman on the phone. They close at 8, but she says come down and they’ll check her out. Samaritan has been sliding a lot. From insider knowledge, I think their risk management is partially to blame for this. Maybe mostly? Either way, they’re really smearing on a bad image.

Today I went in for a pretty gnarly second degree sunburn. I've never had one before and was freaking out due to my paranoid nature. I was seen and treated by Doctor Milstein. Ironically, the last time I was in urgent care back in January, I also had Dr Milstein stitch me up for a sliced thumb on some metal roofing. I know we all have horror stories from urgent care but let me tell you that he is hands down the best doctor I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He's blunt, funny, and overall excels at his job. He gets the highest rating in my book!

I don't know the answer, but I have Tricare and they're listed as a preferred provider network. It is an Urgent Care facility so I'd wager the VA will approve especially if you have the VA health insurance
Yes
It depends on which health insurance you have. If you have keyser then you will have to pay for the antibiotics.
